Zoe Tzanis graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with dual degrees in Journalism and Government. Their research uses sports as a vantage point to explore how identity and culture are constructed and negotiated. They are specifically interested in questions surrounding the digitization of sports and sports media and how media technologies re-orient subjectivities and values.
