Reception 2007
From the Chair
In November 2007 in Chicago, we had our reception for our alumni, graduate students, and faculty. Attendees munched on various desserts and beverages and visited with each other.
It was great to see our department’s community come together as everyone shared the new developments in their lives (new jobs, new family members, and other current developments). The party went on past the closing hour of 9 p.m. as people were still catching up on each other.
We plan to do the same next year, and we’ll send out invitations some weeks before the convention.
We surely do hope to see you there!
